Charles Walter 43" Console Piano, 1993, French Provincial, SOLD!
Charles Walter is one of the last remaining piano manufacturers in the USA. They are still around because of their uncompromising quality control, excellent standards and best materials, going the extra mile to make the best pianos. Where other pianos will use composite wood, Charles Walter uses solid wood, and the choice of wood is important. The key action is critical, and no cost is spared there, either. Their pianos are not inexpensive, with new ones costing over $20,000.00. This piano was a one-owner piano, purchased in Duluth, and was very lightly used. There is minimal hammer wear, and the hammer quality is top notch, which means a full warm sound from top to bottom. The pin block is extremely stabile, meaning the piano will hold tune very well. This is simply a top tier instrument that will be a joy to play for many years to come!
